Our nannies are our greatest asset. We invest significant time and expense in recruiting and screening them so that we can quickly arrange safe, dependable care when our clients need it most. To this end, please remember that the agency must be notified regarding any future use of this caregiver so that we can charge the applicable fees. As a small business, this is critically important to our growth and survival. Please see below for the terms you agreed to in your Service Agreement:

Washington DC

Any use of any Nanny should be arranged through Nanny Network. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of three (3) years following its termination or expiration, Client agrees not to solicit, engage, or hire any Nanny introduced by agency without notifying the agency and paying the applicable fees. In the event Client hires or contracts with a Nanny referred or introduced by agency, a $6000.00 placement fee will immediately be due and charged to the credit card on file. Breach of this provision of the Agreement by Client constitutes a material default in this Agreement.

Baltimore

Any use of any Nanny should be arranged through Nanny Network. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of three (3) years following its termination or expiration, Client agrees not to solicit, engage, or hire any Nanny introduced by agency without notifying the agency and paying the applicable fees. In the event Client hires or contracts with a Nanny referred or introduced by agency, a $5000.00 placement fee will immediately be due and charged to the credit card on file. Breach of this provision of the Agreement by Client constitutes a material default in this Agreement.
