While I have been at the helm since 2006, I am especially proud of the recent progress and teamwork we displayed during the pandemic. We managed to not just stay open, but instead we repeatedly increased the number of jobs available under difficult circumstances. All while keeping our caregivers and families healthy.

The need for safe, dependable child care has never been greater than it is now and our attention to detail separates us from the rest. Since 1995, we have stayed true to our mission of professionally vetting, and personally selecting, the nannies we work with and, as a result, have built an amazing team of the best child care professionals in the DMV area.

If you meet our requirements, please apply to join our team. We have worked hard to offer the most competitive salary, job variety + benefits of any child care staffing agency in the country. We also have listened carefully to caregiver feedback over the years and incorporated countless suggestions when designing our process + platform.

Same-Day PayIf you have not yet heard about Same-Day Pay, be sure to check it out, as it is one of the things we are most proud of! Launched in August 2022, Same-Day Pay allows every Nanny Network employee to access the majority their pay (IRS approved!), earned in a single day, deposited within minutes to their checking account. Part-Time Family Assistant Needed for Dual Physician Household Part-Time Family Assistant
1 Child
01/05/26–Ongoing (Flexible)
Baltimore MD
$25–32/hour
Job #555986 in Baltimore MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
A dual physician household located in Roland Park is seeking a part-time family assistant. The family includes a sweet four-year-old and an adorable newborn who will be two months old at the start of the position. They are looking for a reliable individual who is interested in growing with their family for years to come! The family is looking for Monday–Friday from 7am–12pm (25 hours per week). The family is flexible and open to removing care on Thursdays should the family assistant prefer a four-day work week. The family also values having full-day assistance on days when the children are off school/daycare or when they are sick; however, this is not a requirement, and the family assistant is welcome to work only their regular hours on those days. Care hours will remain the same during the summer months. Both children will attend daycare, making the morning focused on preparation and household management. The initial hours will be spent prepping a light breakfast and lunch for the children, packing their bags for daycare, and dropping them off at the facility, which is within a five-minute walk of the home. After drop-off, the family assistant is responsible for household tasks, including: * Tidying up the home after the children and themselves. * Assisting with family laundry (washing, drying, and folding). * Preparing light, ready-to-heat meals (such as a simple casserole or a meal out of a crock pot). The family emphasizes they are not looking for a chef, but for someone to help make their evenings easier so they can dedicate more time to their two children. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing care for children in and around pools during the summer months; while swimming is not a requirement, knowledge of water safety is a must. Dad may occasionally work from home. A driver with their own reliable transportation is required for the position. Family has a sweet and docile beagle lab mix (dog). No pet care is needed as the family has a dog walker that assists twice a day.

Fun-loving Nanny Needed For Two Children Under Two! Part-Time Nanny
2 Children
11/10/25–Ongoing (Flexible)
Cockeysville MD
$22–25/hour
Job #683963 in Cockeysville MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
A sweet and loving family in Cockeysville is seeking a nurturing, fun-loving nanny to care for their two young children, a newborn son (2.5 months old) and a toddler daughter (1 year old). They’re looking for someone who will bring joy, positivity, and engagement into their children’s daily lives. Care is needed three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, though the exact days are flexible. The family is also flexible with their schedule, ideally needing someone for about 7 or 8 hours per day. The nanny will be responsible for engaging the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities that support their developmental stages and interests. Duties include bottle feeding and cleaning bottles for the infant, helping with his transition to solid foods when the time comes, and assisting with meals and snacks for the toddler. Light tidying related to the children’s care and play is also expected. The family would love to find a bilingual nanny who speaks Spanish or someone who is open to incorporating Spanish into the children’s daily routine through books, songs, and simple vocabulary, as their grandmother is fluent. While a Spanish speaker is not a requirement, they would like the Spanish language to be incorporated into their children’s daily lives. The mother works from home, so the ideal nanny will be comfortable in a household where a parent is present and will work well independently and collaboratively. The family prefers a nanny who is vaccinated for MMR, T-Dap, and Chickenpox. While no driving is required or permitted for this position at this time, they would prefer a nanny who drives. Their ideal candidate is experienced with infants and toddlers, enthusiastic about encouraging learning through play, and committed to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for both children.
