While I have been at the helm since 2006, I am especially proud of the recent progress and teamwork we displayed during the pandemic. We managed to not just stay open, but instead we repeatedly increased the number of jobs available under difficult circumstances. All while keeping our caregivers and families healthy.

The need for safe, dependable child care has never been greater than it is now and our attention to detail separates us from the rest. Since 1995, we have stayed true to our mission of professionally vetting, and personally selecting, the nannies we work with and, as a result, have built an amazing team of the best child care professionals in the DMV area.

If you meet our requirements, please apply to join our team. We have worked hard to offer the most competitive salary, job variety + benefits of any child care staffing agency in the country. We also have listened carefully to caregiver feedback over the years and incorporated countless suggestions when designing our process + platform.

Same-Day PayIf you have not yet heard about Same-Day Pay, be sure to check it out, as it is one of the things we are most proud of! Launched in August 2022, Same-Day Pay allows every Nanny Network employee to access the majority their pay (IRS approved!), earned in a single day, deposited within minutes to their checking account. We recognize the importance in today's world of giving our employees the flexibility to take care of what matters most, when it's needed most.

Fun-loving Nanny Needed For Two Children Under Two! Part-Time Nanny
2 Children
ASAP–Ongoing
Cockeysville MD
$22–25/hour
Job #683963 in Cockeysville MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
A sweet and loving family in Cockeysville is seeking a nurturing, fun-loving nanny to care for their two young children, a infant son (around 6 months old) and a toddler daughter (almost 2 years old). They’re looking for someone who will bring joy, positivity, and engagement into their children’s daily lives. Care is needed three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, though the exact days are flexible. The family is also flexible with their schedule, ideally needing someone for about 7 or 8 hours per day. The nanny will be responsible for engaging the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities that support their developmental stages and interests. Duties include bottle feeding and cleaning bottles for the infant, helping with his transition to solid foods when the time comes, and assisting with meals and snacks for the toddler. Light tidying related to the children’s care and play is also expected. The family would love to find a nanny who will immerse the children in the Spanish language through books, songs, and simple vocabulary, as their grandmother is fluent. While Spanish fluency is not required, enthusiasm for incorporating the language into daily routines is highly valued. The mother works from home, so the ideal nanny will be comfortable in a household where a parent is present and will work well independently and collaboratively. The family prefers a nanny who is vaccinated for MMR, T-Dap, and Chickenpox. While no driving is required or permitted for this position at this time, they would prefer a nanny who drives. Their ideal candidate is experienced with infants and toddlers, enthusiastic about encouraging learning through play, and committed to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for both children.

Household Assistant
ASAP–Ongoing
Baltimore MD
$25–35/hour
Job #453176 in Baltimore MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
A warm and busy family is seeking a part-time Sidekick to help keep their home running smoothly. They are looking for 20–25 hours per week, but would be open to adding additional hours over time for the right candidate, including the option to add weekend hours. The family is flexible on the exact schedule, however the end time for shifts would be no later than 6:30 PM. They are hoping to find someone long term who can get to know their family well, and they also have a 9-month-old son. No childcare is needed or allowed for Sidekick positions. Please note that public transportation is not an option for this role, so the ideal candidate will have reliable transportation for errands and household needs. This position will focus primarily on supporting the household through consistent family meal preparation and family laundry, which are must-have tasks. The family is seeking someone with strong cooking skills who can prepare fresh, healthy meals while following general food safety practices. They would love assistance with breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals that can be easily reheated, and they are happy to discuss preferred meals and share recipes they enjoy. The family typically enjoys meatless meals, but would occasionally like meals that include seafood and chicken as well. They are happy to explore meals that their Sidekick loves to prepare and are open to discussing their preferred meals and routine in more detail. In addition, the Sidekick will assist with errands such as grocery shopping, package returns, restocking household supplies, and pantry organization, as well as keeping the kitchen straightened. Additional support may include light household maintenance such as changing smoke alarm batteries and replacing air filters, packing and unpacking for trips, making baby food, helping organize and manage personal calendars, and assisting with gift planning for birthdays and special events. One parent works from home part-time. Family also has a nanny present in the home. Ideal Sidekick: * Proactive and self-motivated (notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without being asked) * Highly organized and detail-oriented * A strong home cook, confident preparing fresh, healthy meals and following general food safety practices * Reliable and consistent with family laundry, including folding/putting away and light ironing as needed * Efficient, dependable, and responsible * Long-term minded, looking to build a lasting relationship and become a trusted support person for the family

ASAP–11/23/26
Baltimore Maryland

Job #137954 in Baltimore Maryland - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
LONG-TERM TEMPORARY POSITION: February 9, 2026 (flexible start date) through November 23, 2026 A sweet family in Hampden is looking for a long-term temporary nanny to help care for their little one. Their baby boy will be about 10 weeks old when care begins, so this is the perfect role for someone who loves tiny baby snuggles, sweet newborn milestones, and helping little ones thrive as they grow! The family’s ideal schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, but they’re flexible on the specific days and hours for the right fit. They’re looking for three weekdays per week. The home is accessible via public transportation, and the nanny is welcome to bring their own child (any age is fine, as long as they’re comfortable around dogs). Your days will be focused on keeping baby happy, safe, and loved; think feeding, diaper changes, soothing, naps, and plenty of age-appropriate playtime to support development (and of course, celebrating all those adorable “firsts” along the way!). Child-related laundry will be needed as it comes up, along with light child-related tidying like keeping the kitchen straightened and the nursery neat. The family also has a small dog who is sweet but may take a little time to warm up, so a true dog lover is a must. On days when both parents are out of the home, you’ll simply let the pup out into the backyard once or twice a day for a quick potty break. No walks and no yard clean-up required. One parent often works from home in a separate home office occasionally.

Parkville MD
$22–25/hour
Job #884561 in Parkville MD - Offer Accepted
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
