While I have been at the helm since 2006, I am especially proud of the recent progress and teamwork we displayed during the pandemic. We managed to not just stay open, but instead we repeatedly increased the number of jobs available under difficult circumstances. All while keeping our caregivers and families healthy.

The need for safe, dependable child care has never been greater than it is now and our attention to detail separates us from the rest. Since 1995, we have stayed true to our mission of professionally vetting, and personally selecting, the nannies we work with and, as a result, have built an amazing team of the best child care professionals in the DMV area.

If you meet our requirements, please apply to join our team. We have worked hard to offer the most competitive salary, job variety + benefits of any child care staffing agency in the country. We also have listened carefully to caregiver feedback over the years and incorporated countless suggestions when designing our process + platform.

Same-Day PayIf you have not yet heard about Same-Day Pay, be sure to check it out, as it is one of the things we are most proud of! Launched in August 2022, Same-Day Pay allows every Nanny Network employee to access the majority their pay (IRS approved!), earned in a single day, deposited within minutes to their checking account. Fun-loving Nanny Needed For Two Children Under Two! Part-Time Nanny
2 Children
ASAP–Ongoing
Cockeysville MD
$22–25/hour
Job #683963 in Cockeysville MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
A sweet and loving family in Cockeysville is seeking a nurturing, fun-loving nanny to care for their two young children, a infant son (around 6 months old) and a toddler daughter (almost 2 years old). They’re looking for someone who will bring joy, positivity, and engagement into their children’s daily lives. Care is needed three days per week, with a preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, though the exact days are flexible. The family is also flexible with their schedule, ideally needing someone for about 7 or 8 hours per day. The nanny will be responsible for engaging the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities that support their developmental stages and interests. Duties include bottle feeding and cleaning bottles for the infant, helping with his transition to solid foods when the time comes, and assisting with meals and snacks for the toddler. Light tidying related to the children’s care and play is also expected. The family would love to find a nanny who will immerse the children in the Spanish language through books, songs, and simple vocabulary, as their grandmother is fluent. While Spanish fluency is not required, enthusiasm for incorporating the language into daily routines is highly valued. The mother works from home, so the ideal nanny will be comfortable in a household where a parent is present and will work well independently and collaboratively. The family prefers a nanny who is vaccinated for MMR, T-Dap, and Chickenpox. While no driving is required or permitted for this position at this time, they would prefer a nanny who drives. Their ideal candidate is experienced with infants and toddlers, enthusiastic about encouraging learning through play, and committed to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for both children.

Reliable, Infant-Savvy Nanny Needed for Three-Day Schedule in Parkville Part-Time Nanny
1 Child
03/02/26–Ongoing
Parkville MD
$22–25/hour
Job #884561 in Parkville MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
A loving family in Parkville is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for their infant son, who will be 6 months old at the start of care. The schedule for this position is Mondays 7:30am-6:00pm, Wednesdays 7:30am-6:30pm, and Fridays 7:30am-6:00pm. The family is looking for a loving, engaging, and safety-conscious nanny who is punctual and dependable, as the parents’ work schedules are not flexible. Someone who will engage their little one in age-appropriate activities that will help their son meet his developmental milestones. Responsibilities for the nanny include preparing meals for their child, completing child’s laundry, tidying the child’s room and play areas, keeping the kitchen straightened after child-related use, and letting the family’s dog out for bathroom breaks as needed. The family may add driving responsibilities in the future; if so, the hourly rate will be increased to account for mileage and additional tasks. Mom works outside the home, while Dad has a hybrid schedule with varying work-from-home and in-office days. The family has a sweet black lab named Lola. While no formal pet care is required beyond letting her out, the nanny must be comfortable with dogs. Fun Loving Family Assistant Needed Full-Time Family Assistant
1 Child
ASAP–Ongoing
Elkridge MD
$25–40/hour
Job #478552 in Elkridge MD - Offer Accepted
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
An Elkridge family seeking a dedicated, loving caregiver for their soon-to-be 4-year-old son is looking for a committed individual who can provide attentive, engaging, and supportive care. The family will guarantee 7 hours of care on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 8 hours on Wednesdays. Typical hours range between 7 a.m.–3 p.m., though exact times may vary depending on Mom’s work schedule, the child's school schedule, and his appointments. The family is open to offering fewer hours for the right nanny. During the summer, the schedule will remain similar, as he will attend several summer programs, though there may be a few weeks when full-time care is needed. Their little boy has a rare condition that results in developmental delays and low muscle tone, and he is not yet able to walk. The caregiver must be able to lift him and his adaptive stroller as needed. He attends preschool 4 days a week, with Wednesdays reserved for appointments. Care Responsibilities * On school days: assist with getting him ready, putting him on and off the bus, completing household support tasks, and being available in case of schedule changes. * On Wednesdays: accompany Mom and assist with transporting him to appointments. * On days when school is closed or he is home sick (within reason), full-day care will be needed. When he is home, his care is the priority. Household Support: * Keeping play areas and his bedroom tidy * Light kitchen cleanup (dishes, floor, counters, cat bowls, etc.) * Family laundry * Grocery shopping * Simple family meal preparation (the family uses a meal-kit service with easy recipes; the most advanced task would be cooking raw chicken). Mom is happy to walk through expectations. Additional Details * The family has two friendly cats. The only pet care needed is keeping food and water bowls clean. * Mom works from home. * Because their son is immunocompromised, the family prefers applicants who have the flu vaccine and COVID-19 booster. * A valid driver’s license is required, and the family provides a vehicle for job-related tasks.
