A family in Baltimore with two daughters, aged 2 and 4, are looking for a loving and creative nanny! Family is also expecting their third child this month. No infant care would be needed at first, as parents will use parental leave and family will assist. Care is needed Monday-Friday with the hours varying between 6:30am-5:30pm. The family is guaranteeing 40 hours a week and will provide their nanny the needed weekly schedule 1-2 weeks in advance. Family is also open to hiring two nannies, with one nanny working 20hours a week and the other working 30hours a week. Both girls attend school full-time, so while the children are in school the nanny will assist with child related tasks such as laundry, meal prep, tidying up after themselves & the children, and working on creative activities & art projects for the week. When children are ill or school is closed, full-time care will be needed. The family is looking for a reliable and flexible nanny. Someone who follows the gentle parenting approach, can establish boundaries, and reinforces age-appropriate responsibilities. A nanny who can multitask and feels confident they can care for two children at varying ages/skill levels. A nanny who is creative and engaging, providing screen-free activities and experiences. One parent suffers from asthma, they ask that all applicants who apply be willing to avoid scented products and not have a cat.
