Care is needed 20 hours per week minimum, with the hours being typically between 2:30pm-9:30pm. The days will vary from Monday-Sunday; however, the family will provide the schedule a week in advance. Mom and Dad travel overnight for work about 3x a month. They hope that their awesome family assistant can assist on these occasions. (Additional compensation would be provided!) In the summer, the schedule will be similar to the school year as the boys will attend camps. However, there may be a week or two where the family would need some day time hours when the boys are not attending camp. These details will be discussed in advance. Family hopes to find the boys a family assistant for thrilling park adventures and epic backyard battles! Someone who will cheer them on at their favorite sport activities as well as be their partner-in-crime for unforgettable experiences. Their boys are very active and need someone they can bond with who is just as adventurous as they are. A family assistant who encourages their boys to conquer their schoolwork and in turn makes homework time into a high-five-worthy victory lap! Family assistant tasks would include carpools/driving to activities, running occasional errands, grocery shopping, helping the boys with homework, preparing children’s meals, and keeping areas of the home used by the family assistant/children neat and tidy. A safe driver with their own car is required for the position. Both parents work from home. Family also has two older daughters (aged 15 & 17). Both are self-sufficient and shouldn’t require much except an occasional pick up from school/activity. Family prioritizes health and safety, therefore prefers all care professionals to be nonsmokers.

Family meals could be as simple as prepping simple ingredients or following an easy recipe that the family has provided, all which they can easily heat up when needed. They do not expect to hire a chef and are happy to discuss expectations during interviews! A driver with their own car is required for the position.
