While I have been at the helm since 2006, I am especially proud of the recent progress and teamwork we displayed during the pandemic. We managed to not just stay open, but instead we repeatedly increased the number of jobs available under difficult circumstances. All while keeping our caregivers and families healthy.

The need for safe, dependable child care has never been greater than it is now and our attention to detail separates us from the rest. Since 1995, we have stayed true to our mission of professionally vetting, and personally selecting, the nannies we work with and, as a result, have built an amazing team of the best child care professionals in the DMV area.

If you meet our requirements, please apply to join our team. We have worked hard to offer the most competitive salary, job variety + benefits of any child care staffing agency in the country. We also have listened carefully to caregiver feedback over the years and incorporated countless suggestions when designing our process + platform.

Same-Day PayIf you have not yet heard about Same-Day Pay, be sure to check it out, as it is one of the things we are most proud of! Launched in August 2022, Same-Day Pay allows every Nanny Network employee to access the majority their pay (IRS approved!), earned in a single day, deposited within minutes to their checking account. We recognize the importance in today's world of giving our employees the flexibility to take care of what matters most, when it's needed most.

Job #830865 in Baltimore MD - Accepting Referrals
Requires a one-year minimum commitment
* Location: Riverside, Baltimore, MD * Start Date: End of May/Early June (Flexible) * Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week (4 days at 5 hours/day; family is also open to 3 days instead of 4) Agency Paid positions are paid by the agency and the hired provider would become an employee of The Nanny Network. A loving family in Riverside, Baltimore is seeking a dependable, nurturing, and experienced part-time nanny to care for their son, who will be approximately 7 months old at the start of care. This is a summer position beginning in early June and continuing through August, with potential for future opportunities. The family is seeking approximately 20 hours per week of coverage, typically Monday through Thursday for 5 hours each day, though they are also open to a 3-day schedule and flexible on the exact days care would take place. Occasional evening availability is preferred, though not required. The ideal candidate will provide attentive, hands-on infant care including feeding, diapering, maintaining nap schedules, and engaging their son in age-appropriate developmental activities. The family is especially interested in a caregiver who can support developmental progress through activities aligned with their son’s physical therapy. Their son has therapy appointments within the home; no special assistance is needed during these appointments, though the family would appreciate a caregiver who can note any concerns or updates shared by the therapist and communicate them with the parents. Daily walks and outdoor time, weather permitting, are encouraged. Additional responsibilities include washing and preparing bottles, supporting introductions to solids once appropriate, and keeping areas of the home used by their son and nanny tidy. Though not required, assisting with their son’s laundry would be greatly appreciated. The family is looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and experienced caring for infants under one year old. Experience with premature infant development and physical therapy support is a plus. The family holds health and safety as top priorities and requests that all applicants be up to date on vaccinations. The family has two cats, though no pet care is required. Candidates should simply be comfortable working in a home with cats. Both parents work from home. While no driving is required for the position, a caregiver who drives is preferred.
