Cancellation Policy


If you need to cancel after a provider has been reserved, and there’s 24 hours’ or more notice before the job’s start time, both you and your employer will be responsible for a cancellation fee equal to one (1) hour of Services for each cancelled request and your benefit account will be charged accordingly. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or send our provider home prior to the scheduled shift, you and your employer will each be responsible for their portion of the total number of hours booked for such cancelled or modified request. In the event our provider needs to cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement. However if a replacement is not found, any applicable fees will not be due and the hours of backup child care requested will not be charged to your benefit account.
