Drawing off her experience in recruiting, management, business, and parenting, Dulany Dent, a working mom of 3, owns The Nanny Network, understanding clients’ challenges in finding quality in-home child care firsthand. Dulany and the rest of The Nanny Network team are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and to facilitating the nanny search and placement process with the least amount of work required by the family. The Nanny Network is a proud member of the American Staffing Association, the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies and the International Nanny Association, and is committed to upholding the best business practices and highest level of professionalism in the industry. Dulany was honored to serve on the APNA Board of Directors from 2015-2019. The Nanny Network is a proud partner in the national One to One campaign, launched in April 2020 to help provide companies with a quick, safe, and affordable child care solution for employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to traditional in-home nanny and sitter placement services, and our School@Home program, the Nanny Network also offers household management services through its sister agency, Sidekick. Sidekick was launched in 2018 after much feedback from our clients who were looking for support in the format of laundry service, errand service, grocery shopping, household projects and simple meal prep.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. However, rest assured, someone is available to assist you with last minute, short-term needs Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-9:00 PM, Saturdays from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Sundays 9:00 AM-9:00 PM. PRESIDENT + CEO
I took over as the President of The Nanny Network in 2006. At that time, I had experience in the business world but more importantly, I had experience as a working mom. As a result, I had a sincere interest in helping other busy parents find quality childcare, a challenge that I knew firsthand.

I am a Maryland native and have lived in the Baltimore area my entire life. I appreciate effective communication which is why I'm excited to aid clients and providers in using Nanny Network services.

Throughout my career I have dedicated my time to helping children learn and grow. I have always loved caring for children and creating happy memories for them.
