Depending on the service type, payroll will be covered/you will be an employee of the family or TNN. Benefits include: paid time off, holiday pay, paid holidays.
All short-term jobs are paid through the Nanny Network payroll system, and therefore, the agency will make appropriate withholdings for federal, state and other taxes, as required by law. Starting hourly rates by location are below however many nannies are able to increase their rate quickly through our Quarterly Raise Program.

Our child care and household professionals have the ability to earn up to $1.00 every 90 days with our Quarterly Raise program! The raise is dependent on your job completion, performance and engagement throughout the quarter.
