How Cancellations Work
Once care has been booked, a cancellation fee applies. If cancellations are made with more than 24 hours notice, you’ll receive a refund of 50% of the booking fee. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the entire booking fee will be charged.
In addition to said cancellation fee, any cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 4 hours of the nanny’s hourly rate. Those 4 hours will be charged to the Client’s credit card on file (or made directly by Client via Venmo, etc.) and Nanny Network will forward the payment to the caregiver on behalf of the Client.
Cancellations for snow days incur a 100% service fee. If nanny is unable to get to a job because of weather conditions, you will receive a 1-day credit.
