Dulany Reeves Dent

Dulany Reeves Dent is the President + CEO of The Nanny Network. Dulany entered the child care industry in 2006 in pursuit of her long-standing commitment to support women in the workforce and help level the playing field. Prior to buying The Nanny Network, Dulany worked in investment management and private equity. Dulany received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University and her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a loyal volunteer at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. She is married 20+ years, and a busy mom to 3 kids and 1 black lab mix.

Steven Salomon

 Steven joined The Nanny Network as a Staffing Assistant in 2022 and has since grown into the role of Director of Staffing. With years of diverse childcare experience, he brings valuable insight into the needs of both families and nannies. Steven’s passion for improving lives and deep understanding of a nanny’s integral role in family dynamics drive his commitment to finding the perfect match for each placement.

Brooke Albright

 Brooke joined The Nanny Network in 2021 as a Staffing Specialist and has since grown into the role of Recruiting Manager. With a Psychology degree from Penn State University and experience as a military spouse, she brings a unique perspective to her work. As Recruiting Manager, Brooke is passionate about connecting trustworthy childcare providers with families in need. Her travels across the country have reinforced the importance of reliable support, which she now facilitates through The Nanny Network.

Christine Lasser

Christine joined TNN in 2024, bringing her wide range of expertise and 20 + years in the nanny industry to the team. As a former nanny, nanny agency owner of Naptown Nannies, and mom of three, Christine has experience in all aspects of the business. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University, and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

Kelly Gardner

 Kelly, a Maryland native with a Communications degree from Coastal Carolina University, joined The Nanny Network in 2021 as a Staffing Specialist. She has since grown into the role of Business Development Manager, focusing primarily on marketing strategies to expand the company’s reach. Leveraging her background in communication and experience with families, Kelly now drives growth initiatives and enhances client engagement.

Kelly Gregory

Kelly brings a wealth of experience to The Nanny Network, with a background in education and childcare. A Baltimore native, she graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University and previously served as a YMCA Before and Aftercare program Director.
Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to child development, having worked as a nanny and now supporting other caregivers in finding meaningful placements!

Gris Sweeting

Gris, our Placement Coordinator for both long-term and short-term care at The Nanny Network, is dedicated to helping parents navigate the complex world of childcare. As a working mother pursuing a Psychology degree, she understands the unique challenges families face when seeking a quality. Her firsthand knowledge as a working parent enables her to connect families with those who meet their specific needs.

Simira joined The Nanny Network in 2024, bringing a deep passion for childcare and a commitment to nurturing children’s growth. Her hands-on experience raising younger family members has cultivated a profound understanding of children’s developmental needs.Her professional background spans over numerous fields, but her true calling is supporting families and creating safe, stimulating environments where children can learn and thrive.
