Our Classic Service is designed for families who desire the ability to directly hire, train, and manage their nanny as their household employee, but are also looking for the guidance and expertise of our Placement team in identifying qualified, vetted, and professional candidates. Families who select the Classic package are required to establish a federal tax identification number, pay and file all necessary payroll taxes, tax reports, and insurance.
This package requires a $350 non-refundable retainer fee to initiate the search process. A placement fee equal to 20% of the gross total annual compensation is then charged/collected once a candidate is selected. This is a one-time payment and comes with a 90-day replacement policy.
Our Concierge service is designed to minimize your time and energy in finding and retaining a best-in-class care professional to support your family. Any care professionals hired through our Concierge service are W-2 employees of The Nanny Network, meaning that all training, management, payroll, payroll taxes, insurance, and professional development are covered by the agency.
This package also requires a $350 non-refundable retainer fee, however there is no placement fee. Instead, there is an hourly rate ranging from $35-$60 per hour depending on the location and the job description. These service fees are auto-charged biweekly to the family’s preferred payment method.
