Let us walk you through our process and tell you more about your steps, should you decide to work with us.
“The Nanny Network was extremely helpful in our nanny search process and put us at ease from the first meeting. Their personal touch throughout the course of our search was comforting and we truly feel that they cared to help find the perfect nanny match for our family.”
“We moved to the Baltimore area with new job responsibilities and no established social network. When we considered the importance of excellent care for our three children, our schedules, and our finances, we decided to hire a nanny. We wanted to use a trusted agency with appropriate tools for screening nanny candidates. The Nanny Network had a number of candidates that fit our needs. They also prepared us to become employers by coaching us on interviewing strategies and preparing us for our new legal and tax responsibilities. The Nanny Network made finding and hiring a nanny a painless experience. Because of their attention to detail, we would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Nanny Network.”
“The Nanny Network has provided our family with multiple highly qualified nannies for both temporary and permanent positions. Our children have been safe and well cared for – we highly recommend this agency!”
“The Nanny Network has consistently provided us with high caliber nannies to assist with child care for our three young sons in the evenings and on weekends. We have employed seven different nannies from The Nanny Network’s temporary pool, and each of these nannies is professional, well-experienced and compassionate towards our children. Each has been especially patient, loving and accepting towards our two year old son, who has Down Syndrome. We have been impressed with their ability to handle a baby while simultaneously entertaining two high-energy grade school-age boys. The Nanny Network undoubtedly seeks out highly skilled and dedicated child care providers. The Nanny Network staff responds quickly to requests and works to accommodate our needs, providing us with nannies with whom I feel comfortable leaving my children time and time again.”
“After searching online, and becoming frustrated by the lack of quality candidates and professionalism of responders, we hired The Nanny Network to help us find our nanny. They asked us exactly what we were looking for and we had plenty of qualified candidates that were pre-screened and qualified. We only interviewed who we wanted, and when we needed to make adjustments in the search, The Nanny Network adjusted as well and sent new candidates. We were in a hurry to find someone, so we had a very accelerated timeframe, and The Nanny Network came through for us twice. The staff is very warm and approachable, and they communicate with you and the candidate throughout the entire process. I never would have been able to do this myself. It was a wonderful experience working with them!”
“About 6 months ago, my childcare situation changed dramatically. Up to this point, my husband had been going to school at nights and taking care of our infant during the day. He was about to go back to work and we had another child due in a few months. I really did not have the time or energy to do an extensive nanny search. However, I was not about to leave my children with someone without due diligence being done. With that said, by the time we were ready to really begin our search, we only had 2 weeks to find someone. I had two trusted friends who had nannies through The Nanny Network and they both were very happy with the service. These friends did have the luxury of “shopping around” for nanny agencies prior to engaging The Nanny Network. So, a lot of my work was done for me. I called them and right away was impressed with their flexibility and capability to meet my time needs and restraints. We had 5 nannies to interview within days. I was given resumes and references for each candidate before we met them. We were also given the peace of mind that a background check would be done for us. The toughest part was choosing which woman to hire. The candidates were all strong. Our nanny has now been with us for several months and already she feels like she is part of the family. I don’t think twice walking out the door in the morning knowing that my children are loved and well-taken care of. I cannot thank The Nanny Network enough for the indispensable service they provided to us.”
“We have been so pleased with every aspect of The Nanny Network. They not only simplified the nanny search process but also found a professional, capable and loving nanny for our daughter. Dulany and her team provided a truly personal service for us and we have recommended The Nanny Network to everyone!”
“We have used the Nanny Network a number of times over the past 4 years. Each time, we have received excellent service — prompt, responsive and attentive to our particular needs. We have consistently received a number of excellent candidates from which to choose. And most importantly, The Nanny Network does a terrific job of weeding through all the potential candidates and trying to send us the best for our family. We also have used The Nanny Network’s temporary service and they have always done their best to find us excellent folks with very little notice.”
“I wanted to write and thank you for helping us find our nanny, Monica. Having never hired a nanny before I found the services that your company offers extremely helpful. I liked that every applicant was asked to fill out the same questionnaire so I had a basis of comparison. I also was appreciative that the applicants undergo background checks when the time comes. Selecting the person to care for your children is a really big decision and I felt well-informed and confident through the process. I liked that your team had some additional knowledge about the person and who might be right for our nanny. Picking someone blindly off the internet or in the paper is not the way we wanted to go. I used the references you provided for each applicant and this was a great source of information as well. We ended up deciding between two really great candidates (in our opinion) and are thrilled with our selection. Monica is so warm and caring and genuinely loves our kids. We couldn’t be happier.”
“Thanks so much. You guys helped me over a hump in a difficult week! Both nannies were terrific (as usual)! It gives me great peace of mind to know that you all choose the nannies so carefully!”
“We used The Nanny Network to find our nanny and found the service to be a great value. As working parents, we had very limited time to do a search and qualify candidates, let alone interview a raft of people. The “short list” of pre-qualified candidates we got from the Nanny Network allowed us to focus on the in-person interviews and determine who was the best fit for our children. We would use the service again without reservation.”
