Exceptional child care experience, a personal interview, professional child care references, and background checks are just some of the requirements for nannies to be eligible for work through our agency.

Second, while it is not common, parents who hire a permanent nanny and determine that the nanny is not the right fit – or the relationship breaks up for any other reason – are protected by a replacement policy. We don’t offer refunds of placement fees, in keeping with industry standards, however, a full or partial credit of your placement fee is given if a replacement nanny is hired within the stated replacement period.
