Looking to boost attendance at your special event? The Nanny Network offers a safe and secure group child care service for those who are planning weddings, conferences, corporate meetings or other special events.
The agency will arrange for on-site child care at the event location and will determine the number of caregivers required based on its child-to-staff ratios. Each caregiver who is arranged will have successfully completed The Nanny Network’s screening process and, therefore, will meet the following requirements:
- Are all over 18 years of age
- Have a minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience
- Have multiple non-relative child care references
- Have satisfactorily completed the agency’s interview, reference checks, and criminal background check
- Are First Aid & CPR certified
An hourly rate per caregiver is charged plus parking expenses. A four-hour minimum is required.
The Service will identify an on-site supervisor for your event. This supervisor, who will also be one of the caregivers, will be responsible for questions and concerns the day of the event. This supervisor will also be responsible for set-up, registration, and any emergency situations during the event.
The agency caregivers will provide age-appropriate games and activities for the children, who must be between 6 weeks and 18 years of age.
